WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We can supply and deliver to any location in Australia. Need help with international freight? We can assist there too. We offer $5 flat shipping for orders within Australia!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We screen print in Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide. We embroider in Melbourne and Brisbane. But we concentrate on an e-commerce model meaning that it is flat rate shipping aus-wide - so it doesnt matter where you are in Australia, we can offer printing or promo services all over the country!

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Online orders are 24/7 - if you need to speak to someone on the phone or via email, we do our best to reply any time! But usually between business hours weekdays, and where we can on weekends.

CAN YOU SOURCE CUSTOM OR UNIQUE ITEMS?

We are a part of a large network of suppliers world wide, so if we don’t have it listed - ask us. We can find it and source it for you.

DO YOU SELL BLANK ITEMS?

We can! Order blank items from the page where relevant, or email us for more information and we can supply you.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP FRONT?

We have production locations Australia-wide with our head office Murrumbeena, less than 20kms from the Melbourne CBD and around the corner from the famous Chadstone Shopping Center.

CAN I PICK UP?

It’s possible, but our various items are produced all over Australia - But to make up for it, we offer a flat $10+GST delivery fee Aus-wide!

DO YOU CHARGE GST?

Yes - our listed products are EX-GST - 10% Goods and services tax will be added upon checkout.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE MOCKUPS?

Yes - You will be contacted with approval mockups before any job proceeds.

CAN YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?

We will always try to do our best to schedule you in for early production, but it's hard when it's a busy period.
If we happen to be very busy, we may charge a rush fee if it becomes an overtime job. Enquire HERE if you have a rush job to discuss!

 

CAPS, HATS, BEANIES

ARE THERE MINIMUM ORDERS?

For Yupoong and Flexfit items, we have a minimum of 13 units. But for all other brands, the minimum is 10 units.

WHAT BRANDS CAN YOU SUPPLY?

We supply headwear of all varieties from YUPOONG, FLEXFIT, AS COLOUR, WINNING SPIRIT, GRACE COLLECTION and many more. Can’t see it on our page? Ask us!

CAN YOU SUPPLY BLANKS?

We can! Order blank items from the page where relevant, or email us for more information and we can supply you. 

WHAT DECORATION METHODS CAN YOU APPLY?

We can supply caps, hats, and beanies with print, embroidery, or apply woven or embroidered tags.

WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIMES?

Production timeframe is approximately 10-15 business days for branded items, blanks can be supplied much faster.

CAN YOU HELP WITH ARTWORK?

We have a graphic design and art team ready to assist with anything you need. Further costs may be incurred depending on the design brief.

 

VINYL STICKERS, PAPER STICKERS AND LABELS

ARE THERE MINIMUM ORDERS?

Vinyl Stickers have a minimum order of 50 units. Paper stickers and labels have a higher minimum depending on the job. Email or call for more information! 

WHAT DIMENSIONS CAN YOU SUPPLY?

We can supply sticker to any dimension or size that you wish. We have presets on the Sticker page, however we can adjust to your requested dimensions. Email or call to discuss!

CAN YOU HELP US WITH DESIGN AND ARTWORK?

We have a graphic design and art team ready to assist with anything you need. 

Mockups are of course free. However, further costs may be incurred depending on the design brief.

WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIMES?

Vinyl Stickers, paper stickers, and labels have a 5-7 business days production timeframe on average. Speciality jobs or extremely large orders may take a little longer.

ARE THERE MINIMUM ORDERS?

For most orders, there are technically no minimums, however they do get cheaper as quantity increases. Contact us to discuss further.

WHAT BRANDS CAN YOU EMBROIDER ON?

We offer many options for you to choose from. Suppliers such as AS COLOUR, GILDAN, JB’S WEAR, DNC WORKWEAR, WINNING SPIRIT, AMERICAN APPAREL, RAMO, YUPOONG, FLEXFIT, CB CLOTHING, GRACE COLLECTION, and many many more.

WHAT ITEMS CAN YOU EMBROIDER ON?

Embroidery is quite diverse given that we can apply it to most locations on a huge range of items. As long as the machines can access the location, we can embroider your art or logo. Contact us to discuss further.

CAN I MIX AND MATCH WITH THE SAME DESIGN?

Yes! People often use the same embroidery setup for their logo as a pocket print on garments, the front of caps, or beanies, or onto bags.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A SETUP FEE?

There is a ONE TIME setup fee per embroidery - however we file that for you and you never pay it again for repeats.

WHAT ART FORMATS DO YOU NEED?

For ease and for the best result, we ALWAYS prefer vector files (.EPS .AI .PDF), however we can make use of other formats, provided they are high resolution.

ANY OTHER DESIGN TIPS?

Embroidery is always best when the design is simple and bold. We can guide you for more intricate designs, but remember this is thread! Thread has limitations with small detail. We want the best result for you.

Embroidery queues vary from 10-14 business days approximately.

ARE THERE MINIMUM ORDERS?

For most orders, there are technically no minimums, however they do get cheaper as quantity increases. The most cost effective minimum per print is 20 units.

We offer many options for you to choose from. Suppliers such as AS COLOUR, GILDAN, JB’S WEAR, DNC WORKWEAR, WINNING SPIRIT, AMERICAN APPAREL, RAMO, CB CLOTHING, GRACE COLLECTION, and many many more.

WHAT ITEMS CAN YOU SCREEN PRINT ON?

We can screen print onto any single layer item - or onto multi layer items provided there is print board access. Ask us and we can guide you.

CAN I MIX AND MATCH WITH THE SAME DESIGN?

You can use your screen print setup onto other similar items. A pocket print on a tee can of course be used onto a hoodie, for example.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A SETUP FEE?

There is a one time setup fee for film screens. It will vary from job to job. As a rough guide, it is one setup per colour and location at $50+GST each - ask us for more detailed information. Setups are ONE TIME ONLY - you won’t pay them again for repeat orders.
